Shipping
Shipping to the customer
Shipping, handling, insurance, and applicable sales tax are the responsibility of the customer and will be assessed to each order. The quantity, size, weight, special handling charges and shipper fuel surcharges (when applicable) will determine how much shipping will cost. We ship through FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on size, weight, and destination. Overnight Express Shipping is available at customer’s expense. We will give you a shipping quote when your final payment is due.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you are located in the Sandpoint area, you may pick up your project to avoid shipping charges. We may also able to provide local delivery (with a few exceptions based on where you are located).
We are not responsible for lost packages when you ship to us.
Shipping and insurance are not included in the price of your project and will be added to the total cost, along with applicable sales tax.
All of our shipping is insured. We package your new custom airbrushed paint project to make sure it will not be damaged in the shipping process, and provide you with a tracking number.
Shipping to us
Please contact us prior to shipping an item or parts to us. We will not accept delivery for an item we are not expecting, and it will be returned to sender.
If you are sending parts or fragile items, please pack your item properly using bubble wrap, newspaper, peanuts or similar means to prevent damage during shipping. We can save you money on return shipping by reusing these materials when we ship your item back to you.
